David C. Lampke
Principal
David is a founding principal of Wintergreen Capital. Prior to forming Wintergreen Capital, David started in public accounting with Arthur Young & Company before moving to Synco, Inc. In 1990, he joined Faison & Associates where he enjoyed a variety of roles primarily related to capital transactions, most recently as head of Acquisitions & Investments. David has consummated transactions totaling over $2 billion. His focus at Wintergreen will be on new investment opportunities.
David holds a Bachelor of Science from North Carolina State University and is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
William S. Barnett
Principal
Bill is responsible for portfolio asset management as well as new investment activities. Prior to forming Wintergreen Capital, he spent 23 years with Faison & Associates. Bill has over 30 years’ experience in real estate including asset management, acquisitions and leasing, and has developed & acquired over 5 million sf in retail and multi-family properties as well as single family lot experience. Prior to joining Faison in 1993, Bill worked with Development Corporation of Virginia, Metropolitan Life and JP Morgan in various real estate development and lending positions.
Bill received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Ithaca College. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
